General instructions:

1. The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis for a period of one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance. Any claim for absorption in the regular position shall not be entertained in future.

2. Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Jharkhand has reserve right to cancel any or all positions at any stage of selection process without any justification. Number of Vacant position may vary as per requirement.

3. Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Jharkhand will execute agreement initially for one year with a probation period for 03 months from the date of joining. After successful completion of probation period the contractual engagement will be confirmed for initial one year. However, contract may be extendable up to 31' March, 2026 on the basis of satisfactory performance.

4. Only those Candidates willing to serve in Jharkhand should apply.

5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview/ Written Test/ Skill Test etc. Date and time of the interview/ Written Test/ Skill Test will be informed after the short-listing of the applications. Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Jharkhand reserves its right to take Written test/ Skill test as per requirement for various positions.

6. Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application for different positions. For the District Health Infrastructure Manager-PM-ABHIM and District Health Infrastructure Assistant-PM¬ABHIM post candidate can apply for maximum 03 districts. If they are selected for a post, they have to reside in that District only. Preference will be given to the candidate, who have same district domicile and they are applying in same district.

7. At any stage of recruitment, it is found that candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and/or that he/she has furnished incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled.

8. The decision of the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Jharkhand in any matter relating to the recruitment at any stage of the recruitment process will be final and binding upon the candidates. No correspondence or personal queries in this regard shall be entertained.

9. Reservation policy of Govt. of Jharkhand will be applicable.
