How to apply | 1. The candidates must read the notification before applying for the offline application form. 2. The application form can be downloaded from the official link. 3. Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled applications (only in the prescribed format) along with self-attested copies of the relevant supporting documents/certificates if required by speed post/courier to The Director (News), Regional News Unit, Doordarshan Kendra, Post- Sainik School, Bhubaneswar, Pin - 751005 on or before 31 October 2022. 4. The candidates are advised to give their working mobile number and e-mail ID and ensure their working till the completion of the selection process to avoid inconvenience, there will be no other means of contacting them except their e-mail & Mobile numbers. 5. Applications that are received after due dates will be summarily rejected. 6. For any references, visit the official site. General Instructions: 1. Casual Assignees will be allotted duties/ assignments “As and When Required Basis” for a maximum of seven days in a month. 2. Casual Assignees are required to work in odd hours. 3. Selected candidates cannot claim any right to a permanent/ regular job under any advertised categories as the engagements/ deployments will be made purely on casual basis in RNU, Bhubaneswar. 4. After selection, casual assignees will be on one month probation-cum-observation. If they are found suitable, assignments may be given as and when required. During probation-cumobservation period, no payment/ remuneration will be paid for. Unsuitable candidates will be delisted from the selected panel. 5. Applications without proper self-attested enclosures/attachments/documents/photocopies of original Certificates will be summarily rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained. 6. There will be no application fee. 7. No TA/DA will be paid for interview/audition/skill tests. 8. The RNU activities profile demands that aspiring candidates should be living within the locality of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation as they may be called for any news related emergency duty in odd hours. 9.
