1. The candidates must read the notification before applying for the offline application form.

2. The application form can be downloaded from the official link.

3. Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled applications (only in the prescribed format) along with self-attested copies of the relevant supporting documents/certificates if required by speed post/courier to The Office of the District Leprosy, AIDS & TB Office, Ongole on or before 24 August 2022.

4. The candidates are advised to give their working mobile number and e-mail ID and ensure their working till the completion of the selection process to avoid inconvenience, there will be no other means of contacting them except their e-mail & Mobile numbers.

5. Applications that are received after due dates will be summarily rejected.
