Age Limit

Maximum - 45 Years (Age relaxation is applicable as per State Govt. Rule)

Qualification

Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized university, registered with Delhi Medical Council or Medical Council of India are eligible for the post of Senior Resident under Residency Scheme. However, if Post Graduate or Diploma doctors are not available, MBBS doctors without PG degree with two years of experience out of which 1 year of experience in the concerned Speciality from Government hospital /Private hospital, (NOT A PRIVATE CLINIC) may be appointed for 01 Year, as Senior Resident on contract basis. In accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI). In case of non-availability of Super-Speciality Senior Residents (MCh/DM) for Super-Speciality departments, the Senior Residents from the concerned parent Broad Specialities will be considered.
