1.  Obtain the prescribed format of application available at https://rajbhavancg.gov.in, http://agriportal.cg.nic.in/PortHi/, http://cgstate.gov.in, https://jansampark.cg.gov.in/, or https://www.igkv.ac.in.
2.  Type the required particulars into the prescribed format, adding extra information blocks wherever necessary.
3.  Affix a recent passport-size colour photograph in the designated box on the application format.
4.  Sign every page of the completed application form.
5.  Attach self-attested copies of certificates and relevant documents supporting educational qualifications and qualifying experience.
6.  Enclose a compulsory Notarised Affidavit certifying all statements and particulars furnished in the application.
7.  Assemble the application form and all enclosures into three complete sets.
8.  Place all three sets into an envelope and superscribe the envelope with: "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF VICE-CHANCELLOR, INDIRA GANDHI KRISHI VISHWAVIDYALAYA, RAIPUR (C.G.)".
9.  Send the envelope exclusively by Registered Post or Speed Post to: Deputy Secretary to Governor, Lok Bhavan, Raipur (C.G.) 492001.
10.  Ensure the envelope reaches the destination on or before 29 October 2026. Applications received after the due date will be rejected.
