1. Download the application format (Prapatr-1 and Prapatr-2) from the Civil Court Sheohar official website at sheohar.dcourts.gov.in or obtain a copy directly from the office.
2. Fill out the prescribed application form completely in your own handwriting.
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of your educational and other qualification certificates.
4. Affix a passport-size photograph with self-attestation on the application form.
5. Enclose a self-addressed envelope affixed with a registered postal stamp.
6. Write your contact number and e-mail ID compulsorily on the application form.
7. Send the completed application form via registered post to reach the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, A.D.R. Bhawan,
Sheohar on or before 30 November 2026 by 05:00 PM (applications can also be submitted in person at the office during working hours between 10:00 AM and 05:00 PM). Applications received after the scheduled date and time will not be considered.
