Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations/ Master of Social Work / MA (Social Work) with specialization in HR/ IR / PM from a recognized University Institution OR Two years, full time First Class MBA in HR from a recognized University Institution. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
