How to apply

1. Visit Official Website: Visit the unified RRB website and navigate to the relevant individual RRB webpage.
2. Create an Account: Register using a valid personal mobile number and active email ID for OTP verification. Candidates who already have an account from earlier RRB CENs (2024/2025/2026) should use the same login credentials.
3. Identity Verification: Authenticate your identity through DigiLocker or Aadhaar during account creation for smoother verification at later stages.
4. Fill Application Form: Select your preferred RRB, Railway Zone, and post preferences. Only one RRB can be selected, and the choices once made are final.
5. Capture Live Photograph: Capture a live photograph using a webcam or mobile front camera as instructed. Wear non-white/dark clothing and do not wear a cap, mask, or glasses.
6. Upload Documents: Upload your scanned signature and other mandatory documents in the prescribed format.
7. Select Exam Medium: Choose your preferred examination medium from the available language options.
8. Submit & Pay Fee: Submit the application and pay the examination fee online through Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. The application will be considered final only after fee payment confirmation.
9. Complete Before Deadline: Submit the application by 14-10-2026 (23:59 Hrs) and complete the fee payment by 16-10-2026.
10. Modification Window: Make corrections, if required, during 17-10-2026 to 26-10-2026, subject to a ₹250 fee per correction. Details entered during account creation and the selected RRB cannot be modified.
