B.S.-M.S. 5-year Integrated in Physics/Mathematics or 2-year M.Sc. in Physics /Mathematics or B.S./B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Engineering Physics/ or M.Tech./M.E. in Electronics and Communication with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, Valid GATE/CSIR-UGC NET including LS and/or JRF and/or valid JEST score
