1. Read the official advertisement carefully before attending the interview.
2. The applicant who has not registered OTR previously, has to visit the website (https://www.tgpsc.gov.in) and fill the OTR Form to obtain TGPSC ID.
3. In order to fill the application form, the applicant has to visit the website (https://www.tgpsc.gov.in) and click on the Online Application Link provided on the website, then enter the TGPSC ID and Date of Birth and login with the OTP received on the registered Mobile number to proceed further.
4. The applicant has to verify the details fetched from OTR database such as Name, Date of Birth, requisite Educational Qualifications, Community, Gender, Disability, Ex-Servicemen & Sports, etc., which are displayed on the screen.
5. Preview the application for the correctness of the information and then click on SAVE & PAYMENT button for proceeding to next step of making online payment of fee through the payment gateway. 
6. After payment of fee, the PDF application will be generated which contains the particulars furnished by the applicant. The applicant must download a copy of his/her submitted application form (PDF). The Reference ID Number in the PDF application form has to be quoted for future reference/correspondence.
