1. Preferred Qualification - Experience in cycling. Note: (As per the provisions of the Government Order, the applicant (resident of the local tehsil/district) will be selected for the post of outsourced person from among the candidates registered on the Seva Yojana portal through randomization process on the Seva Yojana portal.
2. The applicant will be a resident of the district under Kanpur division, namely Etawah/Auraiya/Kannauj/Farrukhabad/Kanpur Nagar/Kanpur Dehat.
3. Selection will be considered in the same district/tehsil (local resident) as per the provisions of the randomization system on the Seva Yojana portal.)
