4. Fill the online application form carefully with all mandatory details (personal information, educational qualification, experience, category etc.).
5. Upload scanned copies of required documents: Recent passport-size photograph, signature, MBBS/MD certificates, MMC Registration, experience certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), etc. (as per specifications).
6. Review the application form and make corrections if needed (before final submission).
7. Submit the application and take a printout of the final submitted form for future reference.
