4. Attach self-attested copies of all requisite documents in support of eligibility (MBBS/MD/MS/DNB/DM/MCh degrees, mark sheets, experience certificates, registration certificate, category certificate, etc.).
5. Bring the duly filled application form/bio-data along with one set of self-attested copies and all original documents on the date of walk-in interview at the reporting venue.
6. Report at LT Ground, Medical College Building, AIIMS Raebareli, by 10:00 AM on the scheduled date for document verification and screening.
7. Appear before the Selection Committee for interview from 03:00 PM onwards, after successful document verification and shortlisting.
