MBA with specialization in HRM, CA/CMA qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India, 4 years Full time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc- Engineering in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering, Full time two years Post Graduate Degree in (Labour Management / Social work/ Personnel Management / Social Science) recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu under Tamil Nadu Factories (Welfare Officer) Rules, 1953 with Knowledge of Tamil and English (Relevant Subject)

Upload self-attested scanned copies of: Caste/Community certificate, Disability/PwBD certificate, EWS Income & Asset Certificate (as applicable), educational qualification documents, experience certificates, emoluments proof, passport-size photograph (plain background, both ears visible) and signature.
5. OBC(NCL) candidates must upload self-declaration in addition to caste certificate; ESM candidates must upload Service Book copy.

7. Preview and submit the application before 05 April 2026; take a printout and keep at least 5 copies of the passport-size photograph used.
