1. Download or obtain the prescribed application form for Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) as annexed with the advertisement.
2. Fill the application form completely in Hindi/English, providing all required personal, educational and contact details.
3. Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates (Matric), other qualification/experience certificates, and a clear photocopy of Aadhaar card.
4. Attach a declaration/affidavit stating that no criminal or civil case is pending against you and you have not been convicted by any court.
5. Affix a self-attested passport size photograph at the designated place on the application form.
6. Place the application form and enclosures in an envelope, write your complete address on a self-addressed envelope with adequate registered postage stamps for correspondence.
7. Send the application by Registered Post/Speed Post/Ordinary Post or submit by hand to the office of the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Samastipur, so that it reaches on or before 09 March 2026 up to 5:30 PM.
8. Applications received after the last date or found incomplete/incorrect are liable to be rejected without any information.
9. Mention your mobile/WhatsApp number clearly in the application form for communication regarding interview, etc.
