1. Visit the district administration website and check detailed instructions, post details, required qualification and selection criteria.
2. Download the prescribed application form from link.
3. Fill the application form completely and accurately, clearly mentioning post name and category; one application will be considered for one post only.
4. Attach two passport size photographs and attested copies of educational qualification, experience certificates and other required documents.
5. Ensure complete and accurate particulars including contact number, email ID and postal address with PIN code are mentioned in the application form.
6. Submit the duly filled and signed application form with all supporting documents by hand or by Registered Post only so as to reach District Ayurvedic Office, Rohtak (Room No. 303, 3rd Floor, Mini Secretariat, Rohtak – 124001) latest by 04/02/2026 up to 05:00 PM.
7. No application will be entertained after closing date and time; no document will be accepted after submission of application form.
