How to apply

1. Candidates willing to apply against the advertisement must register as a Technician/Trade/Graduate Apprentice online in the following portals under the respective State as per their Trades below:
a) Trade Apprentice: Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices)/Domestic Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders) at link
b) Technician Apprentice: (Mechanical/Electrical/Telecommunication & Instrumentation) at link
c) Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource/Accountant) at link
2. Candidates must complete the application for Openings/Opportunities in respective NATS/NAPS Portal from
28.01.2026 to 10.02.2026.
3. Before applying against an opportunity, the candidate MUST ensure that their profile along with aggregate percentage are appearing correctly in their application. 4. Candidates are required to contact NAPS/NATS Office in case of any corrections.
5. After applying against an opportunity in the respective NAPS/NATS Portal, the candidate must complete their registration/application for apprentice positions in Indian Oil Pipelines portal .
6. The candidate must use the same e-mail ID and Mobile Number used in respective NAPS/NATS Portal which must be valid for the entire apprenticeship period.
