1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply.

2. Visit Official Website: Go to the University website www.bbau.ac.in

3. Fill Online Application Form: The eligible and interested candidates are required to fill online application form available on University website.

4. Prepare Documents: All supporting documents are required to be uploaded ONLINE after self-attestation. Candidates are advised to prepare the PDF files of each of the required documents before starting the online application process. Required documents include:
Recent passport-size photograph, Signature, Educational certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post Graduation, etc.), Experience certificates (if applicable), Caste certificate (for reserved category candidates), PwBD certificate (if applicable) Any other relevant documents

5. Read Instructions Carefully: Candidates are requested to carefully read the General Instructions and Essential Information Section before filling up the Online Application Form

6. Pay Application Fee: Pay the applicable fee online (Rs. 1,000/- for General/OBC, Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/EWS/PwBD/Women)

7. Submit Application: Complete and submit the online application form before the last date: 14/12/2025 (23:59:59 hrs)

8. For In-Service Candidates: Candidates already working in Central University/State University/Deemed University/Government Department/PSU/Autonomous bodies, etc. should apply through proper channel and upload the scanned copy of the endorsement along with other documents. An advance copy may be sent directly, if necessary. However, candidates called for written test/skill test/interview shall submit original endorsement

9. For Internal Audit Officer (Deputation only): Upon submission of online application, route your application through proper channel with: Hard copy of online application form with self-attested documents, Certified copies of APARs for the last five years, Vigilance clearance certificate and No Objection Certificate
Send to: Registrar, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Vidya Vihar, Rae Bareli Road, Lucknow - 226025, U.P. within 15 days after the last date of online application

10. Keep Checking Email and Website: The list of short-listed candidates and information related to date, time and venue of written test/skill test/interview shall be published on the University website www.bbau.ac.in only. Admit card/notice will be sent on registered email id

11. Bring Original Documents: Candidates shall bring all original certificates relating to age, qualifications, experience, etc. at the time of written test or interview wherever applicable
