3. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

4. Wherever an Application Fee is required for Submission of an Application, It Must be submitted on time, or else the Application will be rejected.

5. After successful submission of an application, it is required to have a copy of your application form, for further process.

General Instructions:

1. Interested candidates will be required to download the copy of the application form available on the institute website and upoad their filled application form along with all relevant details. The scanned copy of required documents may be uploaded through the above link on or before the last date. Candidate need to bring the complete hardcopy of the application form with required documents on the day of interview.

2. Candidates shall clearly mention their e-mail ID and Mobile Number in the application form failing which their candidature may be rejected.

3. The applications received online within the due date upto 5.00 PM will be screened by a selection committee, and a list of eligible candidates shortlisted for interview/test will be displayed on the Institute website along with the schedule of the interview/test. The screening committee will devise its own criteria for shortlisting of candidates for interview/test. Merely fulfilling eligibility criteria may not be sufficient to call the candidate for the interview/test.

4. The decision of SVNIT Surat in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, screening, mode of selection will be final and binding on the candidates.

5. The original documents of selected candidates will be verified at the time of interview.

6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview/test.
