General Instructions:

1. Candidates should ensure that they have their scanned recent colour passport size photograph (JPG/JPEG/PNG format of size 20-60 KB) and signature (JPG/JPEG/PNG format of size 10-30 KB) separately. The candidates have to upload their photo image and signature image while applying Online. The Online application uploaded without the candidate’s photograph and candidate’s signature will be summarily rejected. No further correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

2. A valid e-mail id and Mobile Number of candidates are mandatory for registration and e-mail id should be kept active as all the communications will be sent to the registered e-mail id only.

3. Candidates should avoid uploading of password protected copy of documents in which case applications shall be summarily rejected.

4. Candidates should avoid scanning the documents through mobiles as the documents uploaded are not clearly visible in majority of the cases.

5. Candidates are advised to check the filled in Online application along with the required scanned copy of documents as per sl.no 6 above before the final submission.

6. Candidates without the uploaded documents of 10th Std./SSLC, HSC Certificate or its equivalent, two years Diploma Elementary Education Certificate will be rejected.

7. In respect of recruitment to this post, the Candidates shall mandatorily upload the certificates / documents (in support of all the claims made / details furnished in the Online application Community Certificate, priority Certificates of PSTM / PWD / Ex-Servicemen, DW and Transgender) at the time of submission of Online application itself. It shall be ensured by the Candidates that the Online application shall not be submitted without uploading the required Document/Certificates.

8. The onus is on the Candidates to upload the soft copy of relevant documents i.e. scanned copy. Any subsequent claim made thereafter will not be entertained.

9. The number of vacancies notified is only tentative and it is liable for modification with reference to vacancies position of user departments before finalization of provisional selection.

10. Possession or use of electronic devices such as Mobile phone, Micro phone or any other Associated Accessories, Calculator, Log Tables, Pager, Digital Diary, Books, Electronic equipment or gadgets, etc., are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found in possession of any of these devices/documents, candidate’s candidature is liable to be cancelled. Also, the candidate should not bring any valuables to the Examination Centre and the Centre shall not be responsible for their safe custody.

11. Candidates will have to bear their own expenses to attend the Examination and the Certificate Verification, if called for. No T.A./D.A. will be paid.

12. In the Process of recruitment, the decision of the Teachers Recruitment Board is final.

13. Online application can be submitted till the last date of submission after which the link will be disabled.

14. All Candidates are instructed to go through the Sl.No.5 “How to apply” carefully before filling in the Online application.

15. All the particulars mentioned in the Online application will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after the submission of the application. Once an application is submitted, no further request for change of details will be entertained. Hence, the Candidates are instructed to fill the Online application with utmost care and caution as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.

16. It is the responsibility of the candidate to prove that he/she is eligible for the particular post beyond doubt. The onus of proving qualifications, community, date of birth, other special reservation claimed, lies on the candidate only.

17. Mere submission of Online application and appearing in the examination does not confer any right for provisional selection.

18. The selection for appointment to the post is purely provisional subject to the final orders in the Writ Petitions, if any, pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras and Madurai Bench of Madras High Court.
