How to apply

1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply.

2. The candidates should apply online through the official link on or before 30 September 2023.

3. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

4. Wherever an Application Fee is required for Submission of an Application, It Must be submitted on time, or else the Application will be rejected.

5. After successful submission of an application, it is required to have a copy of your application form, for further process.

General Instructions:

1. The offer of Apprenticeship does not confer any right of employment in NFC.

2. There is no provision for appointment of Apprenticeship Trainee in NFC after completion of training and the candidate cannot claim for the same.

3. Selected candidates will have to report at NFC, Hyderabad.

4. The age of the trainee should not be less than 18 years on the last date of application.

5. Candidates for Technician (ITI) Apprentice must register their names on the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal i.e. apprenticeshipindia.gov.in and can apply through the portal only.

6. Candidates are advised to check their email from time to time and keep it active during the selection process.

7.Candidates with post-graduation are not eligible to apply.

8. Reservation will be implemented as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and the Apprenticeship Rules 1992, as amended from time to time. Candidates claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC must mention the same at the time of registration in NAPS portal otherwise they will be treated as general category. Also, people registered under SC/ST/OBC will have to bring the original certificate to this effect at the time of joining.

9. Suppression of facts by applicants will result in disqualification at any stage of the selection process.

10. Credentials will be verified and in case of any deviation or non-conformity from the desired qualifications, the candidature of the candidate will be summarily rejected.

11. Selected candidates will have to submit “Medical Fitness Certificate” obtained from Assistant Civil Surgeon/Civil Surgeon at the time of joining.

12. This establishment does not provide accommodation to the trainees, trainees will have to arrange their own accommodation.

13. Candidates must immediately start the process of obtaining Police Verification Certificate of the address mentioned on their Aadhar Card.

14. This will be required on the reporting date to join the Apprenticeship Scheme. There is no specified format for this
certificate.
15. Where the contract of apprenticeship is terminated due to failure on the part of the trainee to fulfill the terms of the contract, the trainee will have to refund to NFC the cost of training as Such amount as may be determined by the Apprenticeship Adviser. In such case, the apprentice will not be entitled to enter into any other contract of apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 with any other organisation.

16. Selected candidates are entitled to stipend as per the provision of Apprentice Act, 1961.

17. Character and antecedents of selected candidates will be verified.

18. No TA and DA will be admissible for joining if selected.

19.The selected candidates will have to execute a contract for a period of training of one year as per the provisions of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and the rules made thereunder.

20. Any canvassing or personal follow-up by and on behalf of any candidate with the intention of inducing the process of selection to Trainee will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.

21. In case of any dispute, the decision of NFC Management will be final.
