The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana has announced the schedule for Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 3. NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates seeking admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the 85% State Quota seats can participate in the third round of counselling.

The Haryana NEET UG Round 3 registration process will begin on September 28, 2026. Eligible candidates can register online through the official counselling portal at uhsrugcounselling.com. The last date to complete fresh registration, security deposit and choice filling/locking is October 10, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.

The provisional seat allotment result will be published on October 12, 2026. Candidates will also be able to submit grievances on the same day. Candidates allotted seats must complete the required fee payment, document verification and reporting within the prescribed schedule.

Steps to Register for Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026

Eligible candidates can complete the Round 3 registration and choice-filling process by following these steps:

• Visit the official Haryana NEET UG counselling portal.

• Click on the link for Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Registration/Login.

• Log in using the required NEET UG credentials or complete the registration process as a new candidate.

• Pay the applicable security deposit and counselling fee.

• Select the preferred MBBS and BDS colleges from the available options.

• Arrange the selected colleges in order of preference.

• Lock the choices before the October 10, 2026 deadline.

• Submit the counselling form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

Haryana NEET UG Round 3 Seat Allotment

The provisional seat allotment result for Round 3 will be released on October 12, 2026. Candidates will also have an opportunity to submit grievances against the provisional allotment on the same date.

Candidates who receive an allotment must pay the provisional tuition fee between October 12 and October 14, 2026, up to 11:00 PM. Document verification will subsequently be conducted from October 15 to October 16, 2026.

Candidates who complete the required formalities can download their provisional admission letter and report to the allotted college within the specified deadline.
