The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh, has released the complete schedule for the MP NEET UG 2026 Mop-Up Round Counselling for admission to state quota MBBS and BDS seats. The counselling will be conducted online through the official DME Madhya Pradesh portal.

According to the schedule, fresh registration for eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates who have not registered in the earlier rounds will begin on September 28, 2026. The registration window will remain open until October 2, while the revised merit list and vacancy details will be published on October 3.

Candidates will be required to submit fresh choices from October 4 to October 7. The MP NEET UG Mop-Up Round Seat Allotment Result will be released on October 10, followed by physical reporting and admission at the allotted colleges from October 11 to October 14.

Steps to Register for MP NEET UG Mop-Up Round Counselling 2026

Candidates who are eligible for the Mop-Up Round can complete the registration process online through the DME Madhya Pradesh counselling portal.

• Visit the official DME Madhya Pradesh NEET UG counselling portal.

• Open the MP NEET UG counselling section.

• Select the Mop-Up Round registration option.

• Enter the required NEET UG 2026 and personal details.

• Complete the registration and submit the required information and documents.

• Save the registration details for the subsequent choice-filling process.

Fresh applicants must complete registration by October 2, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.

Important Guidelines for Candidates

Fresh Choice Filling Is Mandatory

Candidates participating in the Mop-Up Round must submit a fresh list of college choices. Choices submitted in Rounds 1 and 2 will not automatically carry forward to the Mop-Up Round.

Existing Candidates Do Not Need Fresh Registration

Candidates who have already registered for MP NEET UG counselling do not need to register again. Fresh registration is intended for eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates who did not register during the earlier counselling process.

Physical Reporting Is Mandatory

Candidates allotted an MBBS or BDS seat in the Mop-Up Round must report physically to their respective colleges for document verification, admission formalities and fee payment. The reporting window will close at 6 PM on October 14, 2026.

What Happens After Seat Allotment?

The Mop-Up Round allotment result will be published on October 10, 2026. Candidates who receive a seat should check their allotment details and complete the admission process within the prescribed reporting period.

Candidates should carry their original documents and required copies while reporting to the allotted medical or dental college. They should also follow the admission and fee-payment instructions issued by DME Madhya Pradesh.
