The Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC) has released the Round 2 seat allotment result for NEET UG 2026 counselling. Candidates who participated in the counselling process can download the allotment result PDF through the official website.

Around 420 MBBS and BDS seats have been allotted in the second round of Tripura NEET UG counselling. Candidates who have received a seat must report to the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) office between September 15 and September 18, 2026. The deadline to confirm the allotted seat is September 18, 2026.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must report to the Directorate of Medical Education office at Bidurkarta, Chowmohani, Agartala, within the prescribed schedule.

After reporting, candidates must complete the admission formalities at their allotted institutions. The admission process is scheduled from September 15 at 5 PM to September 18 at 5 PM. Candidates must also confirm their allotted seats by September 18, 2026.

Candidates should carry the required original documents, allotment result, identity proof and other certificates while reporting. They should also follow the instructions mentioned in the official counselling notice.

NMC Approves 50 Additional MBBS Seats at AGMC

The National Medical Commission (NMC) has approved 50 additional MBBS seats at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC). Following the increase, the total MBBS seat intake at AGMC has reached 200.

Tripura Medical College and Tripura Santiniketan Medical College will continue to admit 150 students each. The total medical seat capacity for Tripura NEET UG 2026 counselling has consequently reached 500 seats.
