The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has started the online option entry process for the second phase of M.Pharm admissions 2026. The notification was released on September 14, 2026.

Eligible candidates who have applied for the M.Pharm 2026 course can register their college and course options through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. Candidates who received an allotment during the first phase, as well as those who were not allotted a seat, can participate in the second phase.

Online option registration is mandatory for candidates who wish to be considered for the second phase allotment. The last date to submit options is September 17, 2026, up to 5 PM.

Steps to Submit CEE Kerala MPharm 2026 Phase 2 Options

Candidates can follow the steps below to register their options online:

• First visit the CEE Kerala official website.

• Click on the “M.Pharm 2026-Candidate Portal” link.

• Enter the Application Number and Password to log in.

• Open the Home Page and select the “Option Registration” menu.

• Enter and arrange the preferred college and course options.

• Review the selected options carefully.

• Submit the options before September 17, 2026, at 5 PM.

• Save or print the confirmation page for future reference.

Kerala MPharm 2026 Phase 2: Important Instructions

Candidates should carefully read the instructions issued by CEE Kerala before submitting their options.

• The provisional allotment will be published on September 18, 2026, based on the options registered by September 17, 2026, at 5 PM.

• Candidates who receive an allotment must download and print the allotment memo.

• Allotted candidates must remit the required fee at the allotted college between September 22 and 24, 2026.

• Candidates must join the allotted course or college before 4 PM on September 24, 2026.

• The registration fee of candidates who do not receive an allotment will be refunded.

• If a candidate receives an allotment but does not join within the prescribed time, the option registration fee will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.

• Candidates who quit their seats after taking admission in the second phase will also forfeit the option registration fee.

• Candidates should check the allotment memo and follow all joining instructions within the prescribed deadline.
