The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has started the vacant seat allotment process for admission to the 3-Year LL.B. course for the 2026-27 academic session. The notification was released on September 14, 2026.

The vacant seat allotment is being conducted for seats remaining vacant after the second phase of centralized allotment in Government Law Colleges and Private Self-Financing Law Colleges across Kerala. Eligible candidates can register fresh online options through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in.

• Log in using the application number, password and access code.

• Open the dashboard and click on the link for vacant seat allotment.

• Read the instructions carefully and register the preferred college options.

• Pay the applicable online admission fee, if required.

• Review the entered details and submitted options.

• Submit the application form.

• Download and save the confirmation slip for future reference.

CEE Kerala LLB3 Vacant Seat Allotment 2026: Important Notes

Candidates should carefully read the instructions before registering their options for the vacant seat allotment.

• Candidates allotted a seat in this phase must join the allotted college within the prescribed time.

• Candidates must carry all original certificates and pay the applicable tuition fee, other fees and deposits at the time of admission.

• If no seat is allotted, the candidate’s existing admission, if any, will continue.

• If a candidate receives a seat through vacant seat allotment, their existing admission, if any, will be cancelled.

• Probable vacancies arising due to upgradation of higher options or category conversions may also be included in the allotment.

• Candidates should register options only for colleges where they are willing to take admission.

• Seats allotted through the vacant seat allotment cannot be changed later.

• Candidates allotted a seat in this phase will not be eligible for subsequent allotments, irrespective of their admission status.

• Further vacancies, if any, may be filled through one or more rounds of stray vacancy allotment.

• The allotment will remain subject to the final orders, affiliation and approval of the government, Bar Council of India and concerned university.
