The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB), Lucknow, has postponed the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the Uttar Pradesh Home Guard recruitment under Enrolment-2025. The PET, which was earlier scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, will now commence from September 14, 2026. The postponement has been announced in view of the prevailing monsoon conditions in Uttar Pradesh.

The Physical Efficiency Test will be conducted at various Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC) units and Reserve Police Lines across Uttar Pradesh. Candidates appearing for the PET must download the revised admit card before reaching the examination centre.

UPPRPB will upload the revised Home Guard PET admit cards on September 10, 2026. Candidates will be required to download the new admit card from the official recruitment website.

The revised admit card will contain important information such as the candidate's PET date, examination centre and reporting time. Candidates should carefully verify these details and appear at the assigned centre according to the schedule mentioned on the revised admit card.

Old UP Home Guard Admit Card Will Not Be Valid

Candidates should note that the admit cards issued for the earlier PET schedule will not be valid for the rescheduled examination. Therefore, all eligible candidates must download the revised admit card once it is released on September 10.

Candidates should not report for the PET using the previously issued admit card. Only the details mentioned on the revised admit card should be followed for the rescheduled examination.

Steps to Download UP Home Guard Revised Admit Card 2026

Candidates can follow these steps to download the revised PET admit card:

• First visit the UPPRPB official website.

• Open the link for the UP Home Guard PET revised admit card.

• Enter the required login details.

• Submit the information.

• The revised admit card will appear on the screen.

• Check the PET date, reporting time and examination centre.

• Download and save the admit card.

• Take a printout for appearing in the Physical Efficiency Test.
