The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has issued the admit cards for the September 2026 CA Foundation and Intermediate examinations. The hall ticket download facility became available from August 14, 2026. Candidates appearing for the exams can access their admit cards through the ICAI e-Services Portal using their Self Service Portal (SSP) ID.

The admit card release is being carried out in phases. Hall ticket access for candidates whose cards were not initially available, including those enrolled in regional courses, is expected to be completed by August 17, 2026. Candidates should download their admit cards and verify all the information mentioned on them before the examination.

ICAI CA Intermediate Exam Schedule 2026

The CA Intermediate examinations for the September 2026 session will be conducted in the afternoon shift. All papers are scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM IST.

ICAI CA Foundation Exam Schedule 2026

The CA Foundation September 2026 examinations will be conducted on four different dates. The paper-wise schedule is given below:

Candidates should report to their examination centres according to the instructions and timings mentioned on their respective admit cards.

Steps to Download ICAI CA Admit Card 2026

Candidates can access their September 2026 CA Foundation or Intermediate hall ticket by following these steps:

• Visit the official ICAI e-Services Portal.

• Open the admit card or examination section.

• Log in using the SSP ID and required credentials.

• Locate the September 2026 examination admit card.

• Download the hall ticket displayed on the screen.

• Check the examination centre, group, medium and other details.

• Save the admit card for future reference.

• Take a clear printout and carry it to the examination centre.

Candidates should keep the printed admit card safely until the completion of the examination process.

What to Do If ICAI CA Admit Card Details Are Incorrect

The correction facility for the September 2026 examination application forms was available from July 23 to July 25, 2026. Since the correction window has already closed and the admit cards have been generated, candidates cannot use the regular correction facility to change details such as the examination centre, medium or group.

In case of an error in the candidate's name, photograph or signature, candidates should take a printout of the hall ticket and make the required corrections as instructed by ICAI. They should affix a passport-sized photograph and provide their signature in the designated spaces.

The corrected printout must be attested by an ICAI member who is a Chartered Accountant or by a Gazetted Officer. The attesting authority should place the required stamp across the photograph and mention their membership or registration number.

Candidates must carry the duly attested hall ticket along with a valid government-issued photo identity document to the examination centre.

How to Report Centre, Group or Medium Discrepancies

Candidates facing discrepancies related to the examination centre, group or medium should not send physical letters or courier documents to the ICAI headquarters.

Instead, they should raise a complaint through the SSP Helpdesk by selecting the “Exam Grievance/Discrepancy” option. Candidates should also attach the original payment receipt or the receipt related to the July correction submission, as applicable.

Applicants should follow the instructions provided by ICAI while submitting their grievance to ensure that the issue can be examined appropriately.

ICAI CA Final Mock Test 2026

The ICAI Board of Studies (Academic) has also announced the schedule for the CA Final November 2026 examination mock tests.

Mock Test Paper Series I will be conducted from September 9 to September 21, 2026, while Series II is scheduled from September 23 to October 5, 2026. The mock tests will be available in both physical and virtual modes.

Candidates who need to surrender an exemption for the November 2026 CA Final examinations can submit their online request by September 30, 2026.
