SBI Clerk 2026: Category-wise Vacancy Distribution

The regular vacancies include 3,253 posts for General candidates, 1,716 for OBC candidates, 1,114 for SC candidates, 837 for ST candidates and 760 for EWS candidates.

The backlog vacancies have been carried forward under the applicable reservation provisions for eligible categories, including SC, ST and OBC. The overall backlog count also accounts for horizontal reservations applicable to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), Ex-Servicemen and Disabled Ex-Servicemen or their dependants.
