The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) has issued the UP Police Constable Document Verification and Physical Standard Test (DV/PST) admit card 2026. Candidates who have been shortlisted after the written examination can now download their hall tickets from the official recruitment website at uppbpb.gov.in.

The DV/PST stage for Civil Police Constable and other equivalent posts is scheduled to commence from August 17, 2026. The recruitment is being conducted under Notice No. PRPB-B (Constable PAC and Other Cadre) 07/2025 for 32,679 vacancies.

Candidates who successfully qualify the DV/PST stage will become eligible to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which is scheduled to be conducted in September 2026.

UP Police Constable 2026: DV/PST Shortlist Details

The written examination for the recruitment was held on June 8, 9 and 10, 2026, in six shifts. UPPRPB announced the written exam result along with the DV/PST shortlist on July 31, 2026.

Approximately 76,184 candidates have been shortlisted for the next stage, which is around 2.33 times the total number of advertised posts. The shortlist was prepared using category-wise normalised cut-off marks after taking into account the different examination shifts. Candidates who obtained marks equal to the applicable cut-off were also included in the shortlist.

Steps to Download UP Police Constable DV/PST Admit Card 2026

Candidates can download their admit card by following the steps below:

• Visit the UPPRPB official website.

• Open the recruitment section and locate the link for the Constable DV/PST admit card.

• Enter the required registration number and date of birth.

• Submit the login details.

• The DV/PST admit card will appear on the screen.

• Check the candidate details, reporting information and other instructions carefully.

• Download the admit card and take a printout for the recruitment process.

The recruitment includes Constable Civil Police and equivalent positions in different cadres, including Civil Police, Provincial Armed Constabulary (PAC), Special Security Force, Mounted Police, Jail Warder and Women Constable posts.

Candidates appearing for the recruitment must have passed Intermediate or Class 12 from a recognised board or possess an equivalent qualification, as prescribed in the recruitment notification.

UP Police Constable DV/PST 2026: Category-Wise Cut-Off

The normalised cut-off marks used for shortlisting candidates for the DV/PST stage are given below:

Eligible candidates belonging to the Home Guard, Freedom Fighter dependent and Ex-Servicemen categories who meet the prescribed minimum qualifying marks have been called for the DV/PST stage without applying a separate category-specific cut-off.
