Description
The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has opened the online option confirmation facility for the second phase of KEAM 2026 Pharmacy admissions. Candidates who want to participate in the next round of seat allotment must confirm their existing choices through the official CEE Kerala website.
The option confirmation facility is available from August 6, 2026, and candidates can modify their preferences until August 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first phase and have already paid the prescribed fee, as well as those who did not receive a seat in Phase 1, must complete the online option confirmation to be considered for the second phase of Pharmacy allotment.
KEAM 2026 Phase 2 Pharmacy: How to Confirm Options
Candidates can complete the option confirmation process by following these steps:
First visit the CEE Kerala official website.
Go to the UG Admission section and select KEAM 2026.
Log in using the application number and password.
Enter the captcha code and proceed to the candidate dashboard.
Open the Candidate Portal.
Select the Confirm option to complete the confirmation process.
After confirming their options, candidates can use the available facility to rearrange higher preferences, remove choices they no longer want, or add options for newly included colleges.
Candidates who fail to complete the online option confirmation within the prescribed deadline will not be considered for the second phase of allotment.
KEAM 2026 Pharmacy Phase 2 Allotment Schedule
The important dates for the second phase of Pharmacy admissions are given below:

| August 10, 2026 | Final allotment for Phase 2 Pharmacy courses |
| August 11 to 13, 2026, by 4 PM | Candidates allotted seats in Phase 2 must pay the required fee and join the allotted college |
KEAM 2026 Phase 2: What Happens to Phase 1 Allotment?
Candidates who already secured a seat during the first phase but receive a different allotment in Phase 2 will have their previous allotment automatically cancelled.
Such candidates will be required to accept the newly allotted seat and report to the college assigned to them during the second phase within the specified admission period.
