The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has started the NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 1 registration from 5 August 2026. Candidates who qualified in NEET UG 2026 can now register online and submit their preferred colleges and courses for admission to undergraduate medical programmes across India.

The registration facility is available on the official MCC website under the "Candidate Activity" section. Along with registration, candidates can also view the Composite Allotment List to estimate their chances of securing a seat based on previous allotment trends.

The counselling process includes admissions to:

• 15% All India Quota (AIQ) MBBS and BDS seats

• Central Universities including DU, AMU, BHU and Jamia Millia Islamia

• All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS)

• JIPMER

• Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC)

• Employees' State Insurance (ESI) institutions

• B.Sc. Nursing courses

• Deemed Universities

How to Register for MCC NEET UG Counselling 2026

Candidates can complete the registration process by following these steps:

• Visit the official MCC counselling website.

• Click on "New Registration for UG Counselling 2026" under the Candidate Activity section.

• Register using your NEET UG Roll Number, admit card details, scorecard, and other required information.

• Submit the registration form.

• Log in using your credentials.

• Select the Choice Filling option.

• Choose your preferred colleges and courses.

• Lock your choices during the designated choice-locking period.

• Wait for the Round 1 seat allotment result.
