The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has published the Exam Calendar 2026, providing the tentative schedule for recruitment-related activities to be conducted throughout the year. The calendar includes dates for written examinations, the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET), physical tests, typing and skill tests, medical examinations, and interviews from January to December 2026.

• Forest Guard

• Assistant Accountant

The first written examination is the Health Worker (Female) Mains, scheduled for January 11, 2026. The final written examinations of the year, including Assistant Accountant & Auditor Mains and Vidhan Bhavan Guard/Forest Guard Mains, are planned for December 20, 2026.

PET, Physical Tests and Skill Tests

The commission has tentatively scheduled the UPSSSC PET 2026 for October.

Other important recruitment stages include:

• Forest Guard & Wildlife Guard Physical Standard and Physical Efficiency Tests: February 10–19, 2026

• Enforcement Constable Physical Tests: February 22–28, 2026

• Forest Guard Medical Examination: June 15–20, 2026

• Stenographer Hindi Shorthand & Typing Test: Proposed from September 1, 2026

• Junior Assistant Typing Test: Proposed for December 2026

Interview Schedule

The calendar also lists interview dates for several instructor and specialist positions.

Interviews for Instructor Mechanic (R&AC) will be held from March 17 to March 20, followed by Instructor Plumber interviews from March 23 to March 25. Interviews for other posts, including Instructor Power Electronics System, Assistant Statistical Officer (Animal Husbandry), Instructor Turner, Basic Cosmetology, Fashion Technology, Sewing Technology, Dress Making, Fitter, Draftsman, and Mechanic Diesel, are scheduled between June and October 2026.
