The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has officially started the CAT 2026 registration process from August 3, 2026. Eligible candidates aspiring to pursue MBA and other management programmes offered by IIMs and participating institutes can now submit their applications through the official CAT portal.

The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on November 29, 2026. Candidates are advised to complete the registration well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. The last date to submit the online application form is September 15, 2026.

To begin the registration process, applicants must have a valid email ID and mobile number. After successful registration, candidates need to fill in the online application form by providing their personal information, academic qualifications, preferred exam city, and uploading the required documents. The application process will be completed only after payment of the prescribed application fee.

Candidates can complete the online application process by following these steps:

• First visit the official CAT website.

• Click on the "New Registration" link.

• Register by entering the required personal details.

• Log in using the generated credentials to access the application form.

• Select your preferred exam city and upload the required scanned documents.

• Pay the application fee using the available online payment options.

• Review all the information entered carefully.

• Submit the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference.

The application fee must be paid online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Candidates should note that their application will be considered complete only after the successful payment of the application fee.

After the registration window closes, the authorities are expected to provide a limited application correction facility for editing selected fields. Admit cards will be issued only to candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms and paid the required fee.
