The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) Committee has activated the online withdrawal facility for candidates participating in the Web-Based Counselling 2026 for B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Plan, and Integrated M.Sc. programmes.

Candidates who no longer wish to continue with the counselling process can submit their withdrawal request through the official website, ojee.nic.in. The last date to complete the withdrawal process is 30 July 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

Applicants seeking to withdraw from counselling and claim a refund of the counselling fee, as per the prescribed guidelines, must complete the online withdrawal procedure within the specified deadline.

Steps to Withdraw from OJEE Counselling 2026

Candidates can complete the withdrawal process by following these steps:

  • First visit the OJEE official website.

  • Go to the Candidate Activity section.

  • Click on Registration for BTech/BArch/BPlan/BCAT/Integrated MSc Counselling.

  • Log in using your JEE (Main) Application Number and Password.

  • Open your counselling dashboard.

  • Click on the Withdrawal option.

  • Fill in the required details and confirm your withdrawal request.

  • Submit the application and download the confirmation page for future reference and refund-related purposes.

Important Note for Candidates

Candidates should carefully consider their decision before submitting the withdrawal request, as it may not be reversible once processed. Those planning to seek a refund should ensure that the withdrawal is completed within the notified timeline and in accordance with the OJEE counselling guidelines.
