Description

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) is expected to declare the UP Police Constable Result 2026 in the last week of July 2026. Candidates who appeared for the written examination conducted on June 8, 9, and 10, 2026, are eagerly awaiting the announcement of the result and merit list.

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 32,679 Constable vacancies in the Uttar Pradesh Police. Once released, candidates will be able to check their qualifying status and download the merit list from the official UPPRPB website.

UP Police Constable Recruitment 2026: Important Timeline

The written examination was conducted in offline OMR mode with 150 objective-type questions carrying a total of 300 marks. A negative marking of 0.5 marks was applicable for each incorrect answer.

The provisional answer key was issued on June 20, 2026. After reviewing objections and completing the evaluation process, the board is expected to publish the final result shortly.

Expected UP Police Constable Cut-Off Marks 2026

The official cut-off marks will be announced along with the result. Based on expert analysis and previous trends, the expected category-wise cut-off is as follows:

Physical Standard Test (PST)

Female candidates must have a minimum weight of 40 kg, while male candidates are required to maintain a minimum chest expansion of 5 cm.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Candidates who clear the PST will appear for the Physical Efficiency Test.

  • Male Candidates: Complete a 4.8 km race within 25 minutes

  • Female Candidates: Complete a 2.4 km race within 14 minutes

The PET is qualifying in nature and must be cleared to proceed further in the recruitment process.
