The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will begin the WBJEE 2026 Round 3 counselling registration process on July 24, 2026. Eligible candidates can complete the registration and choice-filling process through the official WBJEE counselling portal.

The registration window will remain open until July 26, 2026, and candidates must submit their preferred institute and course choices within the same period.

Both newly registered candidates and those who participated in earlier counselling rounds are eligible to take part in Round 3, subject to the prescribed eligibility conditions.

Eligibility for WBJEE 2026 Round 3 Counselling

The following categories of candidates can participate in Round 3 counselling:

• Type J: Candidates who did not participate in the previous counselling rounds.

• Type G: Candidates who were allotted a seat earlier but wish to submit fresh choices for Round 3.

• Type H: Candidates who received a seat allotment in earlier rounds but did not respond and now want to participate again by filling fresh choices.

• Type I: Candidates who were not allotted any seat in previous rounds and wish to continue with their existing choices for further allotment.

Round 3 Seat Allotment Result

WBJEEB will announce the Round 3 Seat Allotment Result on July 28, 2026.

The allotment will be prepared based on several factors, including:

• Candidate's WBJEE merit rank

• Course and college preferences submitted during choice filling

• Reservation category (where applicable)

• Availability of seats in participating institutes

Candidates who receive a seat allotment must download their allotment letter, pay the prescribed seat acceptance fee, and complete the admission formalities within the specified deadline to confirm their admission.
