The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has released the INI CET 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result for the July 2026 session. Candidates who participated in the second round of the online counselling process can now check their seat allocation status by downloading the result PDF from the official AIIMS examination portal.

The Round 2 allotment result has been announced for admission to various postgraduate medical programmes, including Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM - 6 years), and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh - 6 years) offered by AIIMS and other participating Institutes of National Importance (INIs).

The seat allocation has been prepared based on multiple factors, including the candidate’s INI CET rank, preferences submitted during counselling, and availability of seats in participating institutes.

INI CET July 2026 Round 2 Counselling: Important Update

Candidates who have received a seat allotment in Round 2 must complete the online seat acceptance process and report to their allotted institute for document verification and admission procedures by July 16, 2026.

Candidates who do not complete the required admission formalities within the specified timeline may lose their allotted seats.

AIIMS has also clarified that the July 2026 INI CET counselling process will conclude after Round 2, and no additional regular counselling rounds will be conducted. Therefore, candidates allotted seats in this round must complete the acceptance process as per the official schedule.

Steps to Check INI CET 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result

Candidates can follow the steps below to view and download their seat allotment result:

• Visit the official AIIMS examination website.

• Go to the Results and Announcements section.

• Click on the link titled “Result of the Round 2 of Online Seat Allocation of INI CET July 2026 Session.”

• The seat allotment result PDF will appear on the screen.

• Use the Ctrl + F shortcut to search for your roll number.

• Check the allotted institute and course details.

• Download and save the PDF for future reference.

Candidates are advised to carefully check their allotment status and complete all admission-related activities within the given deadline to secure their seats.
