The Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, is opening the objection facility for the Common Post Graduate Entrance Test (CPET) 2026 provisional marks. Candidates who are not satisfied with their provisional scores can raise objections through the official Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal.

As per the official guidelines, candidates must submit their objections only through the online objection module available on the SAMS portal. Requests submitted through email, post, or any other mode will not be accepted by the authorities.

The objection window will be activated on July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM and candidates can submit their challenges until July 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

The department has also informed that the result for the Entrance Test for Teacher Education Courses 2026 will be announced separately.

After reviewing and resolving all submitted objections, the authorities will publish the final merit list and final marks for CPET 2026 as well as the Entrance Test for Teacher Education Courses 2026.

Candidates are advised to carefully review their provisional marks and submit valid objections within the given timeframe. Any challenge received after the deadline or through an unauthorised mode will not be considered.
