The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has revised the last date for affiliated institutions to upload the final annual examination marks of Class 9 and Class 11 students for the 2025–26 academic session.

As per the latest notification, government schools, private schools, gurukuls and Vidyapeeths affiliated with the board can now submit students' marks until July 24, 2026. Earlier, the deadline was July 7, 2026. The extension was announced by HBSE Chairman Shankar Lal Dhoopar and Secretary Munish Sharma, IAS.

Schools Must Upload Marks Through the Official Portal

All affiliated institutions are required to log in to the HBSE portal using their assigned user ID and password to upload the marks within the revised timeline.

The board has advised schools to complete the process before the new deadline to ensure the smooth continuation of academic and examination-related procedures.

Delay May Affect Students' Board Exam Eligibility

HBSE has cautioned that failure to upload the marks within the prescribed period could impact eligible students.

According to the board, students whose Class 9 or Class 11 annual examination marks are not submitted on time may not be permitted to appear for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations in the subsequent academic session.

Helpline for Technical Assistance

Schools encountering technical issues while uploading marks can seek assistance by contacting the board's helpline at 01664-254300 or 01664-254302 on working days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Institutions can also report enrolment-related queries by sending an email to the official enrolment branch during office hours.

HBSE has urged all affiliated schools to complete the mark submission process well before the deadline to avoid inconvenience for students.
