The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the schedule for the COMEDK UGET Counselling 2026 mock round. Eligible candidates can submit their preferred colleges and courses for the mock seat allotment from July 11 to July 13, 2026 through the official counselling portal.

Only candidates who have successfully completed the counselling registration process will be eligible to participate in the mock choice-filling round.

The mock allotment allows candidates to get an estimate of the college and course they may receive based on their entrance rank and selected preferences. After the mock allotment results are published, candidates will have the opportunity to modify, reorder, or update their choices before the final seat allotment process begins.

Steps to Fill Choices for COMEDK UGET 2026 Mock Allotment

Candidates can complete the choice-filling process by following these steps:

• First visit the COMEDK official website.

• Log in using your application number and password.

• Open the Option Entry or Choice Filling section.

• Search for colleges and courses based on your preferences.

• Add the desired colleges and programmes to your list.

• Arrange the selected options in the order of your preference.

• Verify all the entered details and save your choices before the deadline.

COMEDK UGET 2026 Revised Seat Matrix

COMEDK has also published the revised provisional seat matrix for the 2026 counselling process.

According to the updated matrix, the total number of available seats has increased from 24,626 to 24,644. The number of seats under the General Merit (GM) category has also been revised upward.

Candidates are advised to review the updated seat matrix before submitting their choices, as it contains the latest information on seat availability across participating institutions.

The final seat allotment will be conducted based on candidates' COMEDK UGET 2026 ranks, reservation rules where applicable, and the preferences submitted during counselling.
