The Bar Council of India (BCI) is likely to publish the final answer key for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXI soon. Candidates who appeared for the certification examination will be able to access the final answer key through the official AIBE website once it is released.

The final answer key has been prepared after reviewing the objections submitted by candidates against the provisional answer key. The revised key will be used for calculating candidates’ final scores and preparing the AIBE XXI result. Once the final answer key is released, candidates will not be allowed to submit any further objections or challenges.

The AIBE XXI result is expected to be announced in mid-July 2026.

More Than 1.48 Lakh Candidates Registered for AIBE XXI

The All India Bar Examination is conducted by the BCI to evaluate whether law graduates possess the minimum professional standards required to practise law in India.

Candidates who clear the examination become eligible to receive the Certificate of Practice (COP) issued by the Bar Council of India, allowing them to appear before courts across the country.

As per the registration details, over 1.48 lakh law graduates enrolled for AIBE XXI. The examination was conducted at various centres across India.

AIBE XXI Qualifying Marks

The final answer key will serve as the basis for evaluating candidates’ performance. The minimum qualifying marks vary according to the candidate category:

• General and OBC category candidates: Minimum 45% marks

• SC, ST and Disabled category candidates: Minimum 40% marks

Candidates who achieve the required qualifying percentage will be eligible for the issuance of the Certificate of Practice by the BCI.

Candidates can follow these steps to download the final answer key:

• Visit the official AIBE website.

• Look for the notification related to the AIBE XXI Final Answer Key on the homepage.

• Click on the link to open the answer key PDF.

• Download the PDF containing official answers for all question paper sets, including Sets A, B, C and D.

• Compare the official answers with your recorded responses to estimate your probable score.

Candidates are advised to keep a saved copy of the final answer key for future reference during the result declaration process.
