The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the deadline for Class 11 (Intermediate) spot admissions for the academic session 2026–28. This extension provides students another opportunity to secure admission in +2 schools and colleges across Bihar through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS). The revised last date for admission is July 9, 2026.

Earlier, the spot admission process was scheduled to take place between June 25 and July 1, 2026, but the board has now extended the timeline through an official update shared on its verified X (Twitter) handle.

Steps to Apply for BSEB Class 11 Spot Admission 2026

Candidates can complete the admission process by following these steps:

• Visit the nearest intermediate school or college to check the list of available seats for different streams.

• Go to the official website.

• Download the Common Application Form (CAF) for Spot Admission and take a printout after filling it carefully.

• Submit the printed form at the preferred institution along with:

  • Class 10 mark sheet

  • School Leaving Certificate (SLC)

• Complete the admission formalities under the guidance of the institution.

The board has also issued guidelines for intermediate institutions participating in the admission process:

• Colleges must publicly display details of vacant seats at prominent places within the campus.

• Admissions should be granted strictly based on seat availability in each stream or subject.

• Institutions are required to upload complete admission data on the OFSS portal.

• The entire admission process must be completed by July 10, 2026.
