The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has published the complete counselling schedule for WBJEE 2026, covering admissions to undergraduate courses in Engineering, Technology, and Architecture across West Bengal.

Eligible candidates can participate in the counselling process starting June 30, 2026, with the first phase of registration, fee payment, and choice filling continuing until July 5, 2026.

Admissions will be offered in government, government-aided, and private/self-financed institutions based on merit and seat availability. Candidates must complete registration, fee payment, and choice selection within the given timeline to be considered for seat allotment.

Registration and Choice Filling

As per WBJEEB, the counselling portal will remain active from June 30 to July 5, 2026 for registration, payment of counselling fees, and filling of college/course preferences. Candidates can also modify and lock their choices within this period.

The first round seat allotment result will be declared on July 7, 2026.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must complete fee payment and report to their allotted institutes for document verification and admission between July 7 and July 11, 2026, unless they opt for upgradation.

Second Round Counselling

The counselling portal will reopen for the second round from July 13 to July 17, 2026 for fresh registration and choice filling.

The second round allotment result will be announced on July 21, 2026. Selected candidates must complete admission formalities, including document verification or withdrawal, between July 21 and July 23, 2026.

Third Round Counselling

A final opportunity will be provided through the third round for candidates who remain unallotted or wish to upgrade their options.

Registration and choice filling for Round 3 will take place from July 24 to July 26, 2026. The seat allotment result will be published on July 28, 2026.

Candidates allotted seats in the final round must complete admission and verification between July 28 and July 30, 2026.
