The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has extended the last date for submitting applications for the UP Board Compartment and Improvement Examinations 2026 for both Class 10 and Class 12 students. Eligible candidates can now complete their registration through the official website, upmsp.edu.in, until 11:59 PM on June 30, 2026.

Earlier, the registration process was scheduled to conclude on June 27, 2026. However, the board decided to extend the deadline to provide additional time for students wishing to appear in the compartment or improvement examinations.

The extension was granted because government offices and banks remained closed due to the observance of Muharram on June 26 and the fourth Saturday on June 27, which could have affected the fee payment and registration process.

The application process for both classes is available on the official UPMSP website. The examination fee must be deposited through a Treasury Challan at a government bank.

How to Apply for UP Board Compartment and Improvement Exam 2026

Candidates can follow these steps to complete the registration process:

• Visit the UPMSP official website.

• Download the Compartment/Improvement Treasury Challan Form from the homepage.

• Fill out the challan and deposit the required examination fee at a government bank.

• Collect the original fee receipt issued by the bank.

• Return to the official website and complete the online application form.

• Select the appropriate class and log in using your roll number, school code, and date of birth.

• Choose the subject for the compartment or improvement examination.

• Submit the online application and print a copy of the completed form.

• Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the printed form and sign it.

• Attach the original Treasury Challan receipt.

• Submit the completed application along with the required documents to your respective school.
