Description

registration process for students appearing in the UP Board Class 10 (High School) and Class 12 (Intermediate) examinations in 2027. Schools across the state can now complete the registration formalities through the official UPMSP portal.

The board has clarified that both regular students and private candidates will be registered through the online system. Educational institutions have been instructed to adhere to the prescribed schedule and ensure timely completion of all registration-related procedures.

UP Board Exam 2027 Registration Schedule

According to the official notification, schools must complete the admission process and collect examination fees from students by August 5, 2026.

After collecting the fees, schools are required to deposit the amount in the treasury through challan by August 10, 2026. Subsequently, student details and fee information must be uploaded on the UPMSP portal by August 16, 2026, before midnight.

Candidates who fail to submit the examination fee within the initial deadline will be allowed to register by paying a late fee of ?100. The last date to deposit the fee with the late charge is August 16, 2026.

Schools can upload the details of such candidates until August 20, 2026, up to 12 midnight.

Verification and Correction Process

Once the registration data is uploaded, schools will be required to verify student information between August 21 and August 31, 2026.

To facilitate corrections, UPMSP has provided a dedicated correction window from September 1 to September 10, 2026. During this period, schools can rectify errors in student records and update necessary details before final submission.

The board has also directed schools to submit the final photo-attested list of registered candidates, along with supporting documents, to the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) office by September 30, 2026.

Schools Directed to Verify Student Details Carefully

UPMSP has emphasized the importance of accurate data entry during the registration process. Schools have been instructed to thoroughly verify information such as candidate names, parents' names, date of birth, gender, subjects, photographs, and other academic details.

The board has warned that incorrect information may lead to complications in admit cards, examination records, certificates, and other official documents in the future.

Students Advised to Stay in Contact with Schools

Students are encouraged to remain in regular contact with their respective schools throughout the registration process. Since schools can access and download candidate records from the registration portal, students should verify that all personal and academic information has been entered correctly.

Any discrepancy should be reported immediately to avoid issues during the examination process.

Complete Registration Before the Deadline

UPMSP has advised both students and schools to complete all registration formalities well before the last dates to avoid technical issues or last-minute delays. Timely submission of fees, verification of records, and correction of errors will help ensure a smooth registration process for the UP Board Examinations 2027.

The commencement of registrations marks the first major step towards the UP Board Class 10 and Class 12 examinations scheduled for 2027, and candidates should closely follow official updates issued by the board.
