Description
The counselling process for Rajasthan BSTC (Pre-D.El.Ed.) 2026 has officially started from June 11, 2026. The complete admission schedule has been issued by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, for candidates seeking admission to the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programme. Eligible candidates can complete registration and fill in their college preferences until June 16, 2026.
This year, nearly 25,970 seats are available in D.El.Ed. institutions across Rajasthan. Candidates who have qualified in the Rajasthan BSTC Pre-D.El.Ed. Examination 2026 must participate in the counselling process through the official website. To access the counselling portal, applicants need their counselling ID, roll number, mother’s name, and date of birth.
Rajasthan BSTC Counselling Process 2026
To take part in counselling, candidates must first pay a registration fee of Rs 3,000. After fee payment, they can select and lock their preferred colleges. Seat allocation will be based on the candidate’s merit rank, reservation category, and the choices submitted during counselling.

First Round Seat Allotment
The first allotment list will be announced on June 20, 2026. Candidates who receive seats in this round must deposit an admission fee of Rs 13,555 between June 20 and June 27. The reporting process, document verification, online certification, and downloading of provisional admission letters will continue until June 29. Academic sessions are scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026.
Candidates wishing to upgrade their allotted college can apply for upward movement on July 3 and July 4. The result of this process will be published on July 7, and selected candidates must report to their respective institutes between July 7 and July 9.

Second and Third Counselling Rounds
The second round of seat allotment is scheduled for July 13. Candidates allotted seats in this phase must pay the required admission fee between July 14 and July 19 and complete reporting formalities by July 20.
The third allotment list will be released on July 22. Selected candidates must submit the admission fee by July 27 and finish the reporting and verification process no later than July 28.

Candidates must upload scanned copies of the following documents:
Class 10 marksheet
Class 12 marksheet
Self-declaration form
Recent passport-size photograph
Caste certificate (if applicable)
Bonafide or special bonafide resident certificate (where required)
Candidates who are not allotted seats in the initial round will automatically be considered in subsequent allotment rounds. Applicants who do not receive any seat can apply for a fee refund. Those who fail to report after seat allotment may receive a refund as per the counselling guidelines.
