The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has announced a change in the schedule for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2026. Earlier planned for June 21, 2026, the examination will now be held on June 28, 2026, according to the official notification.

The exam will be conducted in two shifts on the same day. The admit card for OTET 2026 will be made available from June 17, 2026, on the official website.

OTET 2026 Exam Schedule and Shift Timings

The OTET 2026 examination will take place in two sessions on June 28, 2026:

• Paper I: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM

• Paper II: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Candidates appearing for both papers should plan their schedule carefully, as there will be a short gap of around two and a half hours between the two shifts.

OTET 2026 Admit Card – Release Date and Download Process

The admit card will be released on June 17, 2026, by BSE Odisha. Candidates must download and print a hard copy of the hall ticket, as digital versions shown on mobile phones or other devices will not be accepted at the exam centre.

Steps to download OTET 2026 admit card

• Visit the official website.

• Go to the “Latest Updates” or notification section

• Click on the OTET 2026 Admit Card link

• Enter login details such as application number and date of birth

• Submit the details to view the admit card

• Download and print the hall ticket for exam use

After downloading, candidates should carefully check all details such as name, photograph, exam centre, and subject information. In case of any errors, they must immediately contact the BSE Odisha authorities to get corrections done before the examination date.
