In light of recent controversies over exam integrity, including the NEET 2026 paper leak, strict security measures were implemented to ensure a fair and smooth conduct of the exam:

• Mandatory metal detector checks at all entry points.

• Increased administrative supervision at vulnerable centers.

To assist candidates traveling long distances, the state government offered a 50% discount on government-run bus services, available to students presenting their admit cards. Despite these arrangements, major transit hubs like Lucknow Charbagh railway station saw large crowds, with candidates arriving hours in advance to reach their exam centers on time.
