The All India Management Association (AIMA) has officially issued the UGAT 2026 Admit Card. This announcement is important for candidates appearing in the Undergraduate Aptitude Test across the country. Applicants can download their hall tickets from the official portal at apps.aima.in.

The admit card includes key details such as the candidate’s roll number, examination centre, and important exam-day instructions. The UGAT 2026 exam will be conducted in an offline pen-and-paper mode on June 14, 2026.

The UGAT is a national-level entrance examination used for admission to undergraduate programmes such as Integrated MBA, BBA, BCA, and BHM in various reputed institutions across India.

Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID to the examination centre. Digital copies shown on mobile devices will not be accepted. Candidates are also required to strictly follow reporting and entry timing guidelines, as late entry will not be permitted.

How to Download AIMA UGAT 2026 Admit Card

Candidates can follow these steps to download their hall ticket:

  • Visit the official website.

  • Select the login option available on the candidate portal

  • Enter your application number

  • Provide your password or date of birth

  • Fill in the captcha code shown on the screen

  • Click on the submit button

  • Download and print the admit card for future use

UGAT 2026 Exam Day Schedule

To ensure smooth conduct of the examination, candidates must strictly follow the reporting timeline:

  • Reporting Time: 07:30 AM

  • Security Checks Begin: 08:00 AM

  • Gate Closing Time: 08:45 AM (No entry allowed after this time)

  • Exam Timing: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM

The total duration of the exam will be 3 hours (180 minutes).

Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying electronic devices, study material, or any unauthorized items into the examination hall. Any violation of rules may lead to disqualification and possible ban from future AIMA examinations.
